The "KII" office and business center with its all-round green façade in the heart of Düsseldorf combines climate friendliness with high functionality. The visionary concept in collaboration with Ingenhoven Architects was awarded the Immobilienmanager-Award 2021 for the best new building project development. AIMOTION contributed to the success of the concept on two floors with automated lighting control and temperature regulation as well as smart access control and room utilization evaluation.
